Really recommend this place for value of money! We stayed in a hu stay Smart S and it was better than most hotel rooms we have stayed in. Comfy and big beds, plenty of room and the best shower. Shuttle bus to and from Rome was so easy and convenient though public transport was also really easy when we wanted to come back a bit later. Great restaurant and everyone was lovely. Also really good security on site.

Clean, but with overbooking

Very clean and silent camping. Very good services, bathrooms and showers very clean. The only problem is with the overbooking. They tend to overbook, so one night (back from my trip in Rome) I found a motorhome in my pitch. I paid more to have a big pitch only for me, but, since there were no more available pitches for a new guest, they thought to let him park in my pitch. And he stayed there for two nights, because they didn't find a place for him. I was not refunded for this.

Good distance from the centre, if there weren't technical issues it would have been an excellent choice

It is a beautiful place but at least 4-5 days of our stay we had no chance to sleep. In one case the electricity wasn't working, in other the door, in other case the central heating, in other case we had a guest: the cleaning lady got in th room without notice while we were sleeping shocked us and woke us up of course. The manager did his best to solve all the issues and was very supportive. All problems were resolved but we lost many valuable hours of sleep due to these incidents. The vending machines are often out of order and very expensive, so if you arrive late at night make sure you have some water and food because there's nothing (or very few that the recent didn't know) there after around 12 o'clock unless you walk to the centre. The supermarket closes all the time as well as the restaurant. The restaurant has good quality of coffee and food. We will never forget Lucas for his professionalism and excellent service. The distance to the city centre is long but walkable (on foot I think it is 2 hours approximately).

A very good budget stay. A bit far from the centre but we knew it. We used Uber to go to the centre most of the time as a family of 4 + 2 kids ( 1 in stroller) and was still much cheaper than staying at the city centre. Clean, good breakfast and just what we needed. A bit of a hill and quite a few steps to get to our room:-/

We went with 2 teenage kids. The cabin we rented was filthy, stains on blankets and walls, mould in the shower. Definitely not what the pictures suggest. We saw other cabins and maybe they are nicer but I would not risk going there ever again, especially with kids. Avoid, dirty caravans, service non existing. Located right next to a pick up spot for prostitutes so definitely not a family friendly zone....
